Demon Hunter (The Collegium Book 1) by Jenny Schwartz Review

Faith "Fae" Olsen is a Guardian that just got back from capturing a demon for her father who is president of the Collegium.  Fae does not have a very good relationship with her father and feels her father is just using her to keep his position.  Fae resigns and leaves the Collegium and runs into her mother who she hasn't seen since she was very young.  She goes and lives with her mother for a few days and then comes back to exorcise the demon she brought to the Collegium.  She runs into her partner Steve who they both find out love each other. In the end Fae and Steve go to the Colletrium to fight Fae's father only to find out he was not the one pulling the strings.
I really like this book and highly recommend it to anyone interested in this kinds of books.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling Review

It is now Harry's third year at Hogwart's.  But before he is able to leave there is an incident that happens at the Dursley house that forces him to run away.  He ends up on  a bus that only magical people can see.  He ends up at Diagon Alley and meets up with the head person of the ministry of magic and he puts Harry up in a room.  Harry runs into Ron and Hermione while there and they leave for school from there.  It turns out that a prisoner has escaped from Azkaban and might be after Harry.  Harry soon finds out that the prisoner is actually his god father by the name of Sirius Black.  So the school has extra security because everyone thinks that Black is coming to harm Harry.  And Harry soon finds out that the rumors about Black are false and Harry helps Black escape before going back to Azkaban.
I really enjoyed this book and how it went into more of Harry's past and more about what happened to his family.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling review

Harry is now in his second year at Hogwart's school.  While going through classes there have been attacks going on at the school.  Harry and his friends try to figure out what is going on before there are more attacks.  Harry and his friends find out that one of the founding wizards made a chamber and called it the Chamber of Secrets.  As Harry is still trying to figure out what is going on he hears a voice from inside the walls but no one else can hear it.  Harry finds out that he can speak a language to communicate with snakes and serpents which worries some of the students at the school.  Harry finds out that there is a serpent that has been living at the school for years and someone had released it.  He finds out where the entrance is and goes to find out what is down the tunnel and ends up fighting the creature and winning.
I really liked this book.  I am really enjoying this series and am looking forward to reading the third book.
